Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors HC1
Today's electronic devices increasingly need capacitors of small dimensions but high capacitances of class 1 characteristic (based on nonferroelectric materials). EPCOS HC1 capacitors provide high capacitance in small chip sizes due to their special ceramic material with a very high dielectric constant (e), which is more than five times that of conventional C0G material. The electrical behavior of these capacitors is very close to that of C0G material, except for the TCC, which is higher but does not exceed 4% between -25 and +85 C.
